Mr Frith

Mr Frith is a multi genre lyricist and self confessed peoples poet who was released from Alcatraz in 1984 after being found guilty of hacking ceefax when he was six. To this day he swears he can never return to his family home and was simply using a dogwhistle on a telephone to fool ceefax in updating all tv stations schedules to say “Mr Frith waz ere and I still cant find the milk that thatcher took”

After serving 2 years in alcatraz in the years 1982/1984 Mr Frith returned to UK society which was the dystopian post thatcher britain at age 8.

Living on the streets busking to earn enough cash to build a house made of lego he busked non stop for 3 weeks outside woolworths with his eye locked onto the bargain bin for lego.

Armed with nothing more than a few biros and a scrap book of lyrics and poems and the aforementioned lego house, he found a job on the local dock packing and strapping fish and doing the pontoon tea run whilst beatboxing and rapping to seagulls and pigeons… after a few months he acquired a bust up 4 track tape cassette multitrack from a local secondhand shop for a tenner..

By the age of nine he recorded his first album “Ceefax hacked by the power of greyskull”.

His brother and nanna said it was shit but he sold enough copies outside woolworths to buy him his first atari 1040 stfm and he started his venture into building a midi and audio studio..
